When I first created the site, I was committed to retaining all kill data without purging those who did not 'rank'.

The amount of data processed by the site is now so large that without your support I cannot continue that commitment.

My ongoing commitment

Whilst I know I can make further efficiences and work with the current infrastructure, this will take time.

My intention was to take a snapshot of the data at the end of each tier, so we can look back at historic data when the tiers were current, in relevant gear.

The structure of pages will change heavily to show this information in a user-friendly way, along with making it easier to see how a specific class is performing.

Other major features were planned for when Kronos TBC is finally announced.

I have always and will always develop and maintain the site even during periods where I am not actively playing on the server.

The issue

Ads on the site pay for around 1/5th of the hosting on the current infrascructure (most of us use some form of AdBlock).

I've received a total of 2 donations since the site's launch in 2015.

Hosting expenses have increased annually and the disk usage is now at 96%.

I'm never quite certain how long the Kronos population will last, to make use of the site. As my free development time is almost limited to lunch breaks I try to plan ahead. Making more efficiency updates will mean it's unlikely I can snapshot tier 1 before BWL is released as space will not be available instantly.

The solution
